The severe pandemic is causing much worry among the Taiwanese, vaccine, economy, and health are the most concerning issues.
COVID-19 has impacted Taiwanese’s daily life seriously since mid-May. Up to 6/16, Taiwan has accumulated over 13K+ infected cases and over 400 deaths. According to the survey conducted by Kantar Insights on LifePoints online panel during 5/21-6/1, 95% of the Taiwanese felt worried about the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly 43% felt “very worried”, significantly higher than 30% during the first outbreak in 2020 March and 10% during 2020 October when the pandemic was temporarily alleviated.
